Honoring a mother today and every day… for it all begins with a mother.

I am here to remind you that
you are the Mother of all mothers. This body
was given by her (our mother Earth) and to her it returns
one day... and each and every human mother
I have met has been cherished by the Mother
within me, the Mother of the Universe. 

We can call her Essence. We can call her Presence
and Creative power and everything else in between. 
And because everyone needs
a mother, this Mother energy is with
everyone everywhere at all times…in every
 breath, we feel her aliveness. She is unseen and
yet so tangible; this loving energy makes the grass green,
and causes flowers to bloom overnight. She can bring a smile on your face in each miraculous heartbeat. 

It all begins with a mother. It begins with you and me seeing the sacredness in every mother. And as we do, each mother awakens to this sacredness with new joy
rediscovering many more facets of her divine motherhood…

Cezarina Trone is an E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP Continuing Education Provider with YA, also CCPC Certified Life Coach & ICA Leadership Coach, TEPP Embodiment Somatic Practitioner, Certified Wellness Inventory Coach, Yoga/Meditation Teacher & Trainer with Yoga Alliance USA as well as the Founder of Mirador Yoga, Mindfulness & Creativity RCYS School since 2014. She has 28 years’ combined experience as an a visionary educator in Romania, US and West Africa, Sound therapist, Energy Fa Chi Practitioner, Tepp Embodiment Somatic Coach, Yoga & mindfulness teacher for kids and families as well as Author of the poetry book 'Art of Being a Woman'.  Born in Romania/Eastern Europe in 1975, Cezarina has been using Elohim songs since childhood to transmit to others the Radiance of their own Inner Wholeness. She has co-facilitated Wellness & Creativity Retreats in West Africa, New Zealand, Romania, Mexico, Canada, Italy and US blending her unique blend of coaching tools, sound therapy and somatic practices to bring Lightness, child-like magic, ease and inspiration to all while ‘lighting them up’ from the inside with positive energy and enthusiasm. Cezarina and her husband Andre are co-owners ​of the Lotus Heart Centre, a peaceful retreat location located in ON, Canada.
