What Our Clients Are Saying

"Cezarina has the ability to light up the Universe with her energetic harmony. She is both professional and creative in her interaction with our group.  Those who work with her are enriched as well as enlightened.  The Wellness Program she facilitated for us was an effective evaluative instrument for Self realization. (Ms. Elin Babcock, CEO @ COVERED Company).

“ Cezarina has also provided summer camp programming for my children. I am a Registered Social Worker and Certified Play Therapist in the Quinte West community in ON, Canada. Cezarina is a compassionate, patient and thoughtful teacher. She provides neuro- affirming care to children of all ages and stages of development. She facilitates  engaging programming where children feel safe and soothed. Her greatest strength is her child-centered creativity. She can offer unique strategies that support co-regulation with children and youth. She finds the ‘spark’ in each child she works with and creates spaces where children are excited to learn. Cezarina has considerable experience working with children who experienced diversity or developmental trauma. Her attunement and self regulation while working with children supports the adults around her as well. Cezarina is a joy to work with professionally and an asset to any environment that supports a healthy child development.  (Taylor Nelson, MSW, RSW, CPT ( Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist)

"When Cezarina came in to work with groups of students in  my classes, it was absolutely mesmerizing.  Her expertise and passion for yoga and mindfulness exuded from her as she patiently worked with a more difficult class.  She went with the flow and flawlessly guided their unconstrained energy and excitement to her practice.  She told them a story of the movement flow they were doing and let them help decide how the story unfolded, prepared with poses to accommodate their choices.  Having the honor of learning from Cezarina these past few months has been absolutely invaluable.  I have implemented a simple "yoga pose of the week"  and breathing practice to end my PE classes with in order to help with transitions and it's successfulness shows the positive effect mindful yoga has on our students. I  anxiously crave the opportunity to learn so much more from Cezarina. (Molly Critchell ~ Teacher @ William H Taft STEM School,
 Cincinnati OH, USA).
