​Terry Damlos is a mother of four grown children and a grandmother to two grandchildren. Her journey has been and is, one of walking with and guiding children and their parents. She taught in the traditional education system for over 20 years before I started her own school which focused on child-led curriculum. Thirteen years ago she
co-founded Seeding the Future Now…an organization that journeys with parents and educators as they explore and discover new ways to educate and parent. She knows her happiness as an educator and parent stems from truly seeing each child for who they are and allowing them to be that truth…sometimes traveling the road less taken or never taken. Cezarina Trone is blessed with four bonus children (three grown children and one 15 year old) as well as one grandchild age 8 going on 21. She has 30 years' combined experience as a visionary educator, an international yoga & mindfulness teacher & trainer with Yoga Alliance USA and also founder of Mirador Yoga & Creativity School RCYS (www.miradorkidsyoga.com) since 2014. In her work with families, children, psychotherapists, school teachers, social workers and others, Cezarina embodies unconditional love, passion, authenticity and child like wonder. She inspires parents to realize their own potential and true joyful nature (not forcing them  to see the world the same way she does). Cezarina Trone is an E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP Continuing Education Provider with YA, also CCPC Certified Life Coach & ICA Leadership Coach, TEPP Embodiment Somatic Practitioner, Certified Wellness Inventory Coach, Yoga/Meditation Teacher & Trainer with Yoga Alliance USA as well as the Founder of Mirador Yoga, Mindfulness & Creativity RCYS School since 2014. She has 28 years’ combined experience as an a visionary educator in Romania, US and West Africa, Sound therapist, Energy Fa Chi Practitioner, Tepp Embodiment Somatic Coach, Yoga & mindfulness teacher for kids and families as well as Author of the poetry book 'Art of Being a Woman'.  Born in Romania/Eastern Europe in 1975, Cezarina has been using Elohim songs since childhood to transmit to others the Radiance of their own Inner Wholeness. She has co-facilitated Wellness & Creativity Retreats in West Africa, New Zealand, Romania, Mexico, Canada, Italy and US blending her unique blend of coaching tools, sound therapy and somatic practices to bring Lightness, child-like magic, ease and inspiration to all while ‘lighting them up’ from the inside with positive energy and enthusiasm. Cezarina and her husband Andre are co-owners ​of the Lotus Heart Centre, a peaceful retreat location located in ON, Canada.
