When we stop distracting our Selves, and we Courageously dive into the Heart of this Sacred Work with the Children, we are placing the finger of Focused Awareness on the Pulse of the Future that is emerging right now.”
~ Cezarina Trone
“ Cezarina has provided summer camp programming for my children. I am a Registered Social Worker and Certified Play Therapist in the Quinte West community in ON, Canada. Cezarina is a compassionate, patient and thoughtful teacher. She provides neuro- affirming care to children of all ages and stages of development. She facilitates engaging programming where children feel safe and soothed. Her greatest strength is her child-centered creativity. She can offer unique strategies that support co-regulation with children and youth. She finds the ‘spark’ in each child she works with and creates spaces where children are excited to learn. Cezarina has considerable experience working with children who experience neurodiversity or developmental trauma. Her attunement and self regulation while working with children supports the adults around her as well. Cezarina is a joy to work with professionally and an asset to any environment that supports a healthy child development. (Taylor Nelson, MSW, RSW, CPT ( Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist)
“ The children are so lucky to have you, Cezarina! You are amazing. Setting little ones on the path to enlightenment, this is God's work that you are doing. The opportunity to be angels, the sweetest of His gifts with grace and imagination. We bend to his power and from us a golden arrow always finds its mark; to walk hand in hand in hand. This is part of the glorious chain that brings people together under love's eternal reign. (Graham A. Court)
“When Cezarina came in to work with groups of students in my classes, it was absolutely mesmerizing. Her expertise and passion for yoga and mindfulness exuded from her as she patiently worked with a more difficult class. She went with the flow and flawlessly guided their unconstrained energy and excitement to her practice. She told them a story of the movement flow they were doing and let them help decide how the story unfolded, prepared with poses to accommodate their choices. Having the honor of learning from Cezarina these past few months has been absolutely invaluable. I have implemented a simple "yoga pose of the week" and breathing practice to end my PE classes with in order to help with transitions and it's successfulness shows the positive effect mindful yoga has on our students. I anxiously crave the opportunity to learn so much more from Cezarina. (Molly Critchell ~ Teacher @ William H Taft STEM School, Cincinnati OH, USA).
Background Bio
Cezarina Trone has 30 years' combined experience as a former international school teacher in Europe, USA, West Africa & Mexico (International American School in Niger/AISN and American International School of Puerto Vallarta/Mexico), a certified ICF life coach, certified wellness and mindful leadership coach and a yoga & mindfulness teacher/ trainer with Yoga Alliance USA. Eleven years ago, in 2014 she founded Mirador Mindfulness, Yoga & Creativity School RCYS, a Registered children's yoga and mindfulness school (www.miradorkidsyoga.com) in Cincinnati, OH (USA) where parents, teachers, psychotherapists, social workers and other mentors of children could take workshops and trainings in person or online to become Certified children's yoga & mindfulness teachers. In July 2018, Cezarina married Andre Lepine (owner of Lotus Heart Centre) and moved to ON where she assisted with facilitation of wellness retreats, continued her travels to Europe and USA to train parents and teachers and also spent time deepening her personal journey with meditation, gentle yoga and vibrational sound therapy. Having spent endless hours with families, children, school teachers, social workers and other education professionals, Cezarina embodies unconditional love, passion, authenticity and child like wonder (which gives her the super ability to be very "tuned in" to each child's emotional needs). As a parenting coach, she offers monthly free parenting support zoom sessions upon request and continues to inspire parents to realize their own potential and true joyful nature (not forcing them to see the world the same way she does). Under her gentle and empowering guidance, one can lift the veil of unhealthy patterns of thought and action to see life as it truly is: a miracle of new potentials where each child deserves to have parents who cherish them and see their magnificence.
