More about Cezarina 

Cezarina Trone  is a Vocalist, a Sound healing guide and international retreat facilitator with 30 years of combined experience in education and the healing arts. Cezarina's sound healing work began as an infant (her Romanian grandmother Maia wrote in her many journals how she noticed this grandbaby pointing to the stars and making vocal sounds when carried outside in long walks at night.)
At age 5 Cezarina was enrolled in Music school to study violin and other instruments and she began taking vocal lessons with a masterful music teacher and researcher Mr. Pertea (who would travel for long distances and come to her village to spend time training her voice.)  41 years ago, at age 9 when Cezarina was entered into a national singing contest, she guided a gentle yet profound opening of hearts by singing a ballad to an audience of several hundred people in Romania. She was chosen as the voice winner for that national competition that included adults as well. Ever since, she has found her mission in uplifting and inspiring others through music, spoken word, poetry, movement, art and creating community with many facets of wellbeing in mind. She  is an E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP Continuing Education Provider with YA, also ICF Certified Life Coach & Leadership Coach, Certified Wellness Lifestyle Coach, Yoga/Meditation Teacher & Trainer with Yoga Alliance USA as well as the Creator of HEART (Harmonics Embodied Access Resonance Therapy®) Vibrational Therapy Modality, a  Founder of Mirador Yoga, Mindfulness & Creativity RCYS School since 2014.  She has 30 years’ combined experience as an international educator in Romania, US, Canada and West Africa, certified life and wellness coach, yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher and trainer for children and adults as well as author of the poetry book 'Art of Being a Woman'.  Born in Romania/Eastern Europe in 1975, Cezarina has been using music therapy ( her voice and song  transmissions since childhood to share with  others the Radiance of their own Inner Wholeness. She has co-facilitated Wellness & Creativity Retreats in West Africa, New Zealand, Romania, Mexico, Canada, Italy and US blending her unique blend of coaching tools, sound therapy and somatic practices to bring Lightness, child-like magic, ease and inspiration to all while ‘lighting them up’ from the inside with positive energy and enthusiasm. Cezarina and her husband Andre are co-owners ​of the Lotus Heart Centre,
​a peaceful retreat location located in ON, Canada.
Nothing delights me more than witnessing the reconnection of my beloved "others" to their own  Sources Heart Resonance within. She has 28 years’ combined experience as an a visionary educator in Romania, US and West Africa, Sound therapist, Energy Fa Chi Practitioner, Tepp Embodiment Somatic Coach, Yoga & mindfulness teacher for kids and families as well as Author of the poetry book 'Art of Being a Woman'.  Born in Romania/Eastern Europe in 1975, Cezarina has been using Elohim songs since childhood to transmit to others the Radiance of their own Inner Wholeness.
